  1. 500 alerts become one issue.

    Every event is fingerprinted on its exception type, its normalised message, and the top five stack frames. The same bug hitting a thousand times is one row with a count and a trend, not a thousand emails. Resolve it and it reopens itself if it comes back — per environment, so staging never masks production.

  2. The AI already read the stack trace.

    Every error arrives with a written explanation: what happened, the likely causes ranked, and where to look first. On every plan, including free. One click copies the whole thing — trace, request, breadcrumbs, context — as a prompt for Claude or Cursor.

    Route issues to Slack, Discord, or any webhook — per project, and per event type. New issues page the on-call channel; resolved and reopened go somewhere quieter. Staging noise stays out of the channel that wakes people up.

Which languages and frameworks does booboo.dev support?
Python (Django auto-detected, plus Flask and FastAPI) via booboo-sdk on PyPI, and JavaScript (any browser app, with a React ErrorBoundary, a Vue plugin, and a Next.js guide) via @booboo.dev/js on npm. Both SDKs take two lines to set up, and source maps are supported for minified production JavaScript.
How is this different from Sentry?
Two things Sentry doesn't lead with: every error gets an AI explanation by default, and your data stays in the EU. Sentry has more features; we have the ones you actually use, at lower complexity — and at a price that doesn't punish you for shipping more. Full breakdown: booboo.dev vs Sentry.
Is my data hosted in the EU?
Yes. All event data, user accounts, and backups are stored in the EU. No transfers to US-based infrastructure. Helpful if your customers, regulators, or procurement team care about GDPR and data residency.
What are the rate limits?
100 events per minute per project DSN, payloads up to 100KB. Unauthenticated requests are throttled to 10 per minute per IP. Plenty of headroom for normal traffic — reach out if you expect sustained bursts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your events stay accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then they are deleted. You can also wipe everything from settings before that window closes — projects and account included.
