Common questions
How many uptime monitors do I get?
Free includes 1 monitor checked every 30 minutes. Starter includes 5 monitors checked as often as every 5 minutes. Team includes 25 monitors checked as often as every 1 minute. Starter and Team can also parse metrics from your health endpoints and chart them on the Board.
What happens when I hit my monthly event limit?
Ingestion pauses until the next calendar month — nothing else changes and you never get an overage bill. You'll see warnings in the app at 70% and 90% of your quota, so it won't sneak up on you. Upgrade anytime to raise the cap immediately.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months upfront at a ~17% discount: Starter is €180/year (€15/month equivalent) and Team is €588/year (€49/month equivalent). You can switch between monthly and yearly from your organization settings.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data stays intact within the new plan's retention window.
Is this built for solo devs or can my team use it too?
Both. Free includes 2 seats and unlimited projects, Starter 5 seats, Team 15. Projects are never metered — only events are.
Can I use the free plan for a real production app?
Yes. 5,000 events/month, unlimited projects, and AI triage on every error. That is enough for side projects and early-stage apps, and nothing expires at the end of a trial because there isn't one.
How long do you retain my events?
Free and Starter store events for 30 days; Team keeps them for 90. Older events are deleted automatically. Upgrading extends retention going forward, not retroactively.
Can I export my events?
Yes. The API returns events as JSON, and webhooks deliver them in real time to any URL. Bulk CSV export is on the roadmap — email us if you need it sooner.
